Some years ago, our family was selling handmade “vintage” looking signs at weekend craft fairs, and people loved them.

Each weekend the signs drew a crowd, who would flip through all the designs and laugh - often calling over friends to share a specific sentiment, which drew an even bigger crowd.  And it seemed like we had a buyer or two at every market who said, “I’m going to hang this from a wine bottle as a gift!”

While the original signs felt a bit too bulky for a wine bottle, an idea was born: "What if we redesigned the sign to fit a wine bottle, with a way to display it after gifting?" After multiple failed engineering attempts (and hundreds of hours), we landed on the simple hook design and decided to launch.
